Mmmmh I don't know how the story will proceed, but from these first 2 pages, it seems a bit unlogical that a single magical being was the "reason" why people discovered science and medicine, and there are a lot of questions: Why did she take the human form when she knew she couldn't go back to her original form again? Why didn't she care that she would become mortal? How did people find out that it was HER who gave them magical power (and took it away again)? What happened to science and medicine once the magical power was taken away?
I'm sorry if you will explain those things later in the story... but it's a bit too much information for the first 2 pages xD
Though apart from these things it's a really good introduction. The panels are also well structured, i.e. you always know where to read on etc. (Only in that panel where the guy says "Nice to meet you princess", shouldn't he be on the left side? ^^"" Because FIRST he says that and THEN Lilliann reacts with "Huh?!" )
I'm sorry, I hope you won't be angry, these are only some suggestions, and I'm looking forward to the next pages! ^-^

No, not the reason xD Just speed development of medicine and science, like before and after inventing computers (my english is too poor to write something more describing-like in my manga haha)
Hahha What can I say (for now only) is that she wanted to become mortal, it was known to her from the very beginning. And science and medicine is doing quite fine (but was soing better when there was magic) xD
I wanted to make this story on max 3 pages so it is too much info in one, I know^^ Hahha I love that U wrote this comment, it helps me to see mistakes readers see <3
