My commission of my original character Qwuzanku from .
For my first deviation of the year, I thought posting a picture of not only my beloved character was necessary, but a picture of my beloved character drawn by an artist whom I dearly admire.
As many of you know, I am currently working hard on an Animation Portfolio so I can hopefully return to my art college for the fall 2011 term...
During this time, it has been not only the love and dedication of the artists around me that has kept me going, but the artists who have inspired me throughout my artistic journey.
is an artist whom I have admired for a long period of time since way back in the day and she has helped me in so many ways to become the artist I am today.
Qwuzanku was the first and the ONLY character I have created who has been with me since my art life has started....
Qwu is my everything....the reflection of my emotions, the evolution of my abilities, the story of my life...there is so much meaning behind her character and for take I treasure her dearly.
For 2011, my goal is to keep moving forward with my artwork and to hopefully inspire others the same way as inspired me <3
