Cole is one of my favorite characters from DAI.
Morrigan is definitely my favorite and Alistair is just too cute and innocent! My first elven inquisitor broke his heart because he wasn't an elf (then I remade her on Inquisition and was the one who romanced Cullen, so what?) and then he took revenge by turning my elven wizard down on a later game when he became king xD

My inquisitor just couldn't stand Anora as a queen. And being an adaptation of a neutral evil character from D&D she expected to be the power behind the throne xD

I was never able to recruit Loghain either, I just couldn't lose Alistair.
In DA2 my mage managed to totally piss off Isabela for being too nice to the Qunari, and I really like her!

Yeah, it's a well developed character, DA games do it very well. But he isn't a likeable folk.
Same with the dwarf barbarian (I cannot remember the name! Why?). I loved all the story with the dwarves and his failed marriage, but I never liked him a lot.
