The shading is simply remarkable next to the style of the drawing. You have a strong technique when it comes to the visual appeal in sketches, a fact that very few artist manage to pull off optimally, particularly by the fact of which you drew the main and the special effects on the same sketch without having one aspect outshine each other.
That is not saying that your art has reached it's limit, however, as, how I always tell you, there's still some room to improve, most notably in this picture. In regards to this drawing, I point out the awkward posing on the legs. Because you extended the leg outline a bit too much on the bent leg, you created the accidental illusion that her leg is very oddly-posed (broken, perhaps). You might want to address that, as unlike much other cases this one is a serious hinder to the drawing. Other than that, you're good with the rest of the drawing. Good work.
