Is this a rose-themed Dark Magical Girl? ...I like it.
Her outfit says "Gothic" to me. The presence of the color red (mainly in her eyes) might suggest some demonic qualities, and her expression makes her seem rather distant (or perhaps depressed).
I assume that she uses the staff to the right as a weapon? It matches her outfit really well. Honestly, after watching Soul Eater, I wondered if maybe she can actually transform into the staff, to work alongside a wielder.
