I can't really tell, I have madeΒ a first try one year ago, but I didn't like the shape of the jacket, so I've made another one six month later, but the fabric look weird.
So I remake it with velvet for theΒ final one.Β So Approximately one or two months I think.

Oooh I see, that's still really cool, I wish I could do stuff like that. I haven't sewn anything in a long time.. Plus my machine sucks and I'm too lazy to hand sew anything ^^' (I understood it just fine don't worry ^^)

I didn't know how to sew in the beginning too, so I just start with simple thing. And sew more and more
Ciel outfit are really hard to make, but it's so beautiful *o*
I understand you, I hate hand sewing the most.

I was tempted to make mine, but my mom decided we'd just go ahead and buy it instead, so we did

I never buy a cosplay before so I don't really know but many of my friend have begun cosplay by buying it and now there are awesome cosplayer who make there cosplay, so I'm sure, you can do it too someday
I know that, I so busy too, I can only sew during winter break and summer holyday

Yeah I have friends who don't have to buy their cosplays either. Their mom can sew and so she makes theirs for them. She just buys the patterns and material and she's good to go. She even helped me make part of one of mine.
Being busy sucks when it cuts into your interests. :/
