FINALLY finished this overdue trade with !This is their dragon character, Moria! i had soo much fun working on this!!
Moria has the ability to control different elements, and her spikes change color to fit the element. Here, she's using lightning and her spikes/stripes are changing to the color yellow :3
God, I really like what I did for this...The lightning really impresses me! lol ._.
Anywayss, thanks to everyone who came out to the streams and helped me out ^^ Your tips were VERY useful!

it was simple really! I used a hard, white brush. On another layer, I chose the aqua color, and used a soft brush that was bigger then the one used to make the white lines. Playe with the Gaussian blur a bit too; nothing major though
