As I saw the pic I thought "wow...is that a Trabant?"
I am from east germany...now live in the US. but I think I still remember how those things looked like

beautiful! I adore old cars! Good idea to concentrate on the light, it looks to me like a portrait concentrated on one of the eyes. Generaly old cars seem to have "facial characteristics".
