which brought out the shapes..
The two figures in the blue just left from the middle remind me of soldiers resting.. They look grim or grumpy..

Its interesting how now I look at it and see a lizard climbing a tree more than people. I think it must depend on your mindframe, like those ink pictures that psychologists seem to use in movies and such.

I can sort of see incomplete lizards, texture is pretty lizard-like..
I think the inkblot comparison works well with my paints.. it does really depend on mindframe..
I usually find heaps of animals while I often don't spot them until the painting is finished..

the complete painting is a very strange composition I think.. almost did not post it..
Did you spot a woman dancing in the blue to the right of the people sitting?
She's facing the right..

I sort of wished this was the whole painting, it's quite small though.
I'm not sure if this is helpful, the woman in the painting is on the right of the people sitting down,
it looks as if she is dancing, with her face and arms upward, long hair and a glint in her eye..

I applied old sticky paint here first that helped create the textures..

Very alive connection of graphic side of the picture (structure and differentiation of lines and flecks) with colours.
