So school's nearly starting again. I drew this to remind myself the joys of walking home after school, with the scorching heat burning face or the pouring rain soaking my clothes everytime. Just remembering those treasured memories fills my heart with warmth.....i'm kidding. This song brings me that warmth. [link]
I'm slightly happy with this, i wish I could render it better and fix the perspective more though. But i've got school work to do so i'll just leave this be already. I wanted muted tones and a nostalgic atmosphere, but i cannot for the life of me ever work with muted colours. So this is what I ended up with .....Oh and i finally drew my OC!

Whenever I draw with a small child, the first thing I like to do is take a color such as purple and say "Let's draw a tree" and then grab a yellow crayon and say "Let's draw the grass" and then grab a green crayon and say "Let's draw a lake."
Mostly because nobody taught me that when I was a kid.
But you obviously figured it out!
