It's P-chan/Pi-chan the little pig (a.k.a. Ryoga Hibiki) from "Ranma ½"! X3
Ahww...he is one of my favourite characters from that series! *cuddles him* xD'
I especially love his voice he has in the German version! <333
(I actually like all the German voices

I used to watch that a lot, it was awesome xD, i've never heard the german voices, but I watched it in spanish and have seen it in english, and yeah, english just didn't sound right >.>;

The English voices are usually like that. Thats why I prefer to listen to Japanese despite not actually knowing whats going on. Unless there's subtitles. So yeah.
