Here's one of my babies......I love Killer Whales. Can you tell?This was done in acrylics, cause I didn't have turpentine to do it in oils.

i love this picture so much. i too thought it was a photograph. i too also love orcas, most favourite animal in hte world. one day i hope to be a marine verteranarian so i can be with these animals lots

It looks very much like a oil piece. Nicely done. Now, the only thing that bugs me is the dorsal fin, it is a bit too small even if it is a female. But despite that it is a lovely pic.

My parents and older brother once lived in Bella Bella, British Columbia... my father would swim about 20 yards from the killer whales.
I'd love to go out there and see them in all their glory.

wow, the splash is soooo realistic. the water's a bit murky-looking, but otherwise this is the best acrylic painting i seen in a long time!
