I help to draw 's Fairy Tail OC, her name is Astraea. I'm sorry but I don't really get what do you mean bout her hair.. the 'black at tips' thing ..and also for her clothing.. I don't have any idea in mind so I think that this style would do.. I really like the combination of blue and yellow so here it is! xD Hope you like it and you could tell me if something doesn't look right for you.. I will try my best! "black at tips" means , that on the end of the hair you make that go black. so you get a fade into black type of color thing.
