Thanks! I just kinda assumed it was a lot like mammals. I'm either not very creative or just don't want to think about it to hard. I mean.. our method is pretty effective, evolution on other planets could very well be similar.

I always thought that Hork Baijr reproduced like humans. They just seem the most humanlike compared to other aliens in the series.

Babies are strange critters, indeed. I can't understand why people find them cute. I'm sure this will change once I spawn, but until then....*shrugs*

I just see them a s terribly fragile balls of responsibility. I'm the jerk that refuses to hold other people's babies. BUT what if I break it!
That being said, I would steal an andalite baby in a hot second.

I'm the same way; I always refuse if a baby is passed around. To me, passing one's child around like it's a bong or something just seems to be the epitome of bad parenting.
Andalite babies would undoubtedly be more self-sufficient than human ones, being potential prey, they can probably hold their own fairly well, even as an infant. And, baby Andalites eventually grow up.

Yeah I think they'd be like horses or deer and run within minutes of being born. They probably wouldn't tolerate being held very well. :/ I would still try. lol. Get a baby blade in my face region. I just like them better cuz they're fluffy. human babies... not so much. Fragile and lumpy. Not a great combo.
