A rather interesting take...
I saw your other biodiversity pictures and was curious to know if there was a story or special meaning behind the one who is part animal part human. Otherwise pretty impressive.

The one who is part human is a representation of 'Mother Nature' and our connection to her and to the other animals as fellow children of the earth. She has a human face so we can recognize her.

Out of curiosity, how much have you delved into the 'spiritual connection' with wildlife and ourselves?
A friend knew of someone who would have been able to talk of such matters, but she was never able to get a hold of them again for some reason.

I wouldn't really say I 'delved into' anything. I just like animals? And think we shouldn't drive 'em extinct. Also I like mother godesses, they're neat.
