Hahaha, for reference I got pictures of two of my own cats, I kinda annoyed one by putting his cheek fur into the pointy shape to see how it'd look

Oh wow. I really like the fur texturing and the look of the eyes, although the inside of the ears should probably be darker and closer to grey than violet.

Yeah probably, I kindo of wanted to stick to a two-tone palette though (brown/purple) and making it darker sort of looked off.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I have a lot of times when something doesn't look right and yet I can't get it to look any better no matter how much I fiddle with it. XD
