I recently started getting back into Chalkzone. I started a new CZ fanfic in, like, 10 years. The last one I wrote was Chalkzone The Movie: Early Days back in 2002.

Before I forget, I had a couple of questions.
1. Why does Boorat want to expose Chalkzone?
and
2. What does the purple haze do?
I haven't found much information on these episodes and while I found the eps on Youtube, they're in such poor quality I don't know what they're saying.

Purple Haze was this purple cloud that got erased into ChalkZone and destroyed everything that it touched, and Boorat was created by both Vinnie Raton and Terry Bouffant; he works for them and his purpose was to steal magic chalk from Rudy.

Hmm, I didn't know there were already 2 reporter-type characters that served as antagonists. Well I don't think it'll put too much of a damper on my story, since their plans, so far, appear to differ from what my two characters, or at least the guy, intends to do.

And I don't see why it would matter with the story; the goals of the villains are more important anyway.

A friend of mine was able to get me some burned CDs of all the ChalkZone episodes. I've been watching some of them. A good portion of these I never heard of or seen before.

Far as I know, there were 2 Chalkzone episodes released in Oh Yeah Cartoons. I could be mistaken, but I only remember 2. And they appear as flashbacks in the regular show, one in Rudy's First Adventure and the other in French Fry Falls. If there was a third, I might have seen it, but I don't remember and would need a reminder of what the plot was.
Oh Yeah Cartoons was my introduction to ChalkZone. I've known about these characters and this setting for 4 years before the show aired. I remember being so happy to see that ChalkZone was turned into an actual series. I forget how I found out. I might have had seen a promo for it.
