They are not princesses, nor are they included in the Disney Princess line.
And if you might mention the two that aren't princesses either, Mulan and Pocahantas are both included in the Princess line, so they count.
Megara and Esmeralda are considered to be honorary princesses by fans, however. It is up to the artist to include them, but they aren't princesses, and therefore aren't ever required to be added in Princess artwork.

It's interesting that Belle is the only European princess not born into the role. Of the non-European princesses, one isn't really a princess, one comes from a culture where the term "princess" is somewhat ambiguous, one married into the role, and one was born into it. Seems to me that the further out of Europe we get, the more varied the stories and characters get. That being the case, I can't wait to visit Polynesia next year. Let's do this, Disney!
