Awesome motion effects and correctly applied angle. I think the monotone effect of the green filter negates the contrast needed to really make the image "zing". Sometime try doing the exact opposite of your inclination and habits, just to explore new effects. I've discovered some amazing things that way. The upper foreground image looks more painted than the lower, distracting the viewer's eye and disrupting continuity. Editing out or clouding over a few marks would be a quick fix. I like the clouding effect. It adds to the motion and overall realism of the image. That said, I'd decrease transparency a little or add a faint clouding between the two centrics on the right. Increase transparency a tad more around the bottom right edge (being in the foreground, this is cloud that has moved furthe from the explosion and would create more realistic depth by the resultant contrast. I'd increase the area and the opaqueness of the upper left centric. If you aren't married to to this as your final edit, I think some tweeking could easily move this into the A+ group. Choose joy and channel your contentment as your ever-present muse.
