I'm not sure about bought costumes, the few I know that buy their costumes get them online but from what I've seen it's still pretty expensive. I just make my own costumes... sometimes they're a bit expensive but generally they work out cheap ^__^ I don't use fancy materials or anything like that so yeah!
Hmm, I would suggest cotton Drill... though I'm not sure if it's called the same thing in England. It's really easy to use and works for basically everything XD (the majority of my costumes either a fully made of or contain a lot of it haha). I've heard Canadian cosplayers talk about a material called "Twill", which by the sounds of it seems very similar to Drill?
Have you tried looking on cosplay websites and eBay for a cheaper costume?

oh okay thanks so much~ =w=... yes.. i have looked on sites like ebay but its real expensive..!! O.O there is one for about £60 wich is alot over here,, thats in england so it really worrying about the delivery time and plus~ its a safe website in the UK so incase it wont break or anything.. lol sorry if that didnt make anysense.. im just tired.. =.=

Yeah they can be pretty expensive, I have two bought costumes here... definitely cheaper to make them (just depends if you can sew/ have the time/etc. Bought costumes are awesome if you don't have that but have the money
Hmm I'm not sure what it'd be called where you are. Have you gone to your local material store and asked the worker's what a basic material is?

I love RinxShiemi, YukioxShura, RinxShima (even though I don't usually like yaoi pairings, but I think as a crack pairing this is awesome and also RinxBon).

I duno, never had it happen here... there's a lot more AnE cosplayers now compared to when I first started but even in Syd there was only about 3 Rin's at the last con, including myself xD
