I usually buy my wigs off eBay, but this is the only one I have bought locally. I got it at Paddy's Market in Sydney. It was originally a lot longer than that, but I hacked a heap of the length off, and it had short bangs so I cut and styled the bangs closer to what they should be like and bought the middle piece forward then styled the ponytail and cut it a little XD
I wouldn't have a clue what stall thing I got it form though, or if they have an online site or something but I would doubt they do ^__^" sorry for not being able to help more!
