Not a battery.. an arc welder.
That's a heavy duty corocilde clip, with VERY hard spring action to keep them closed (to ensure a good electrioc connection to the main unit being welded). So wherever they are applied it'll be NASTY..
And of course the welding rod completyes the circuit. A spot location where the thousands of volts will pass through from the transformer. And the finer the tip, the more accurate the pinpointing for the location to be... treated.. will be

Panzer ensured he held the end of the lasoo in a firm grip as he watched the two Heroines , enjoying their looks of anger, and .. was there something else he could see in their eyes. Maybe. Maybe there was more to these two, now that he had brought them both to theior knees, figuratively in the case of Wondergirl, but actually in the case of Wonder Woman.
"I am sure you are both aware of the use of arc welders, in the metal working business. My engineers were only too glad to givce up on of their units for a little.. experimentation. As you have probably seen, every corner of the ceiling has a camera trained on you. That should provide the means to give my men an... incentive.. to work more efficiently. If they complete their work ahead of schedule, they have been promised to be allowed to enjoy the footage opf you that will be created."
The two heroines couldn;t help glancing up at the ca,eras. Each tugged at her bonds in another futile attempt to break free.
"Ah.. good.. attempted resistance. It is so much better than simple acceptance.. so much more... amusing. " Panzer allowed himself a chuckle. "But.. WonderGirl is young, and may not be fully aware of how such equipment works. So I think you, WonderWoman, will be allowed to demonstrate to her, what can be acheived with it.. "
he stepped forwards, pulling a knife from his belt with his left hand. A quick motion, and WonderWoman grpwled as she felt her top slit, from neck to stomach, the costume falling away exposing her breasts. "When we get free, by Hera you will PAY!"
"I think you should choose your words carefully. Not so much... 'when'... mor... 'IF'.. and even then, it is a very very slim chance, I assure you.." * he slid the knife back intop his belty, and let his left hand glide slowley over her firm right breast.. Wonder Woman glanced down, and inwardly cursed herself as she saw how firm both nipples had become. She glanced up at WonderGirl, to try to reasure her, and was shocked, at seeing that she also had firmed nipples, the increased nipple bulge under the costume more pronounced. A flush starting to form on the cheeks of the younger heroine at her own realisation of the visibility of her own arousal.

His hand left WonderWomans breast, and he bent, picking up the crocodile clip. With an effort, he squeezed the handles, parting the vicious looking teeth. "Now.. where would be a good connection point? Maybe your arm?... Your thigh?... " He stared into her eyes, noting the way they wiodened, as he said, "Oh,... of course.. the ideal place.. the right breast".
befo0re she could protest, his hand lunged forwards, and the clip snapped shut onto her firm pristine mound, He ensured he placed it just right. Angled in from her right, almost horizontal, the left edge of the teeth clamping on the top and bottom of the breast, almost mid way. The right edges snalling shut, just at the base of the hard nipple.
Despite herself, WonderWoman let out a piercing scream, as the teeth almost sliced into her sensetive breast.
Panzer chuckled again, as he picked up the welder, waving the tip of the rod before WonderWomans eyes, letting her recover her wits from that sudden, yet lingering spasm of pain.
"Now.. the question becomes... where ould be the most effectibve point?" He looked over at WonderGirl, watching her face, her eyes, her expression as he adressed her.. "Where do YOU think WonderGirl?... her temple? Her arm?... " he hesitated, and moved the tip of the rod towards the left nipple..." Her nipple?" Was that a look of .. anticipation on the young womans face... curiosity even? He chuckled again.. "Or.. maybe lower..." * he moved his hand lower, waving the tip over the front of WonderWomans shorts.. "Maybe.. we can try some... pinpoint ...'welding'.. some spot, small, require careful.. positioning... ? Of course, I suspect this material will provide a degree of insulation.. But.. we'll see how effective they are.. and if they provide too much.. protection.,. we'll see about cutting the shorts away as well.."
he turned his attention back to WonderWoman, as the tip of the rod approached her crotch.
