This time we go to modern age. Break of the century at New England farm.I was trying to make a proper fall atmospehere and tense feeling.

I enjoy how much is said visually. The light in the doorway of a house with a badly damaged roof speaks volumes of the kinds of poverty considered perfectly normal by the standards of the time. My grandparents and their parents often faced privation we, today, cannot even begin to imagine. Meanwhile, as the children stand next to an amazing period tractor (very well done), they seem entirely content...as I'm sure children would have been at that time of year. Unfortunately, in that age before antibiotic proliferation, the end of summer and coming of winter was a fraught and dangerous time that lent itself more intimately to the season's themes of beautiful decay and death.

The giant pumpkin, designs, expressions, poses, pumpkin patch, farmhouse, water tower, train, swingset, architecture, jack-o-lantern, lantern, terrain, decor, field, scarecrow, trees, leaves, grass, plant life, sky, clouds, wind, interactions, barn, power lines, mist, flow, movement, effects, outfits, gleam, atmosphere, hues, textures, realisticness, perspective, uniqueness, lighting, colors, style, and other details are also fascinating! Amazingly radical work!

Truly fascinating, a wonderful sense of late October, beautiful muted colors and intricate elements. It IS a bit tense, but it has a great sense of story behind it.

The curious thing is that my name derives from the Assyrian goddess Ishtar and mean Stella.
Ishtar is also know like the goddess Hecate my favorite goddess.
