Really sweet idea and concept! I have these ideas all the time and never really created anything. I think it stems down to playing hours of battle chess and my love for little minion creatures.

Thank you! The render itself didn't take too long, but it did take rather more time than my usual portrait stuff to get it all set up and everything posed in position, and to muck around with all the lights.
