"Many believe that nopony can pass these marshes... that is true, no pony can."Tried layering different pencils on this and I had fun with it ey...
Also drawn because there is a story brewing in my head and i just need to write it soooon

It seems that daylight has not yet died, but instead of making this place more bearable it does the opposite, exposing its hostility, discouraging anypony brave enough to get this far. And as the journey must continue, the terrain claims another victim, earning its fame and alluring more travelers foolish enough to think they are able to pass it. Forsaken marshes are just one of many allies of the Plague.
This is so brilliant, the swamp, the trees (again you're so good with the wood), the wild growths feeding on decay. And that apocalypse pony figure, being the plague itself, wielding a sword. The riders are here, they roam these lands. And I can't wait to read that story, and to see it illustrated by you. Awesome work!

Like every skill writing requires practice, so please go on trying. Your ideas are awesome so for me it is only a matter of time till you pour them down on paper. Grammar is something that can be always corrected and does not impact the creativity.

Well assuming nopony has passed these marshes before, your story's probably sound something like that:

I think that smoothing out the water in the marshes would add a deeper reflection effect. I know that you like drawing on ur favourite rough paper though, but then it's a lil' harder to smooth something out on paper like dat. Perhaps that's just your style. Anyway, I see you've just been playing around with different pencils soooo...yeah.

That mountain in the BG kind'a looks like Erebor...

the rough paper is veeeeeery detail-unfriendly especially when it comes to blending'n stuff. on top of that scanner somewhat pissed at it a little too...
