Gainax owns Panty and Stocking
I know you must have a lot of work to do, but I want to make a suggestion for this picture. Panty´s sex appeal is what sells the most, so I´ll suggest making her lower back and her ass (i don´t know how to refer to that part of her body in a pretty way xD) rounder. Make her more curvy in that area and you´ll see the difference =3
Also, if it wasn´t for the title and hair style, I wouldn´t recognize her as Panty. You probably don´t like to color her hair bright yellow, but at least some bright yellow highlights would make her hair look blonde, otherwise she looks brunette
