Very nice work - possibly there's a little more contrast needed between the figure and the background but the sunset looks beautiful.

Well I usually use colored paper(red in this case) and layer it on there.

o.o that's really good color pencil. However, the highlights kinda doesn't seem to go with the light source. There'd be more of a halo effect with barely any highlights (or less contrast) since the light source (the sun) is behind him.
Not that I'm an expert with light sources or anything XD It just kinda stood out to me (Plus it's not like you can change it, since it's in colored pencil XD)
Other than that it's really good ^^
