Wait, why are the Orks wearing similar (at least in shape and color scheme) armor to the Stormcasts, and if they are fighting the Stormcasts, why is the setting (at least to my knowledge) a Chaos fortress??

Orks tend to get insulted when any two other factions have a war without inviting them, and the armor kind of makes sence since they tend to just scavenge it off others dead. That said my first though was why are fantacy orks (or whatever stupid copyrightable name they have now) trying to dress up 40k Terminators now?
