Despite the title change, Type-0 is still part of the Fabula Nova Crystallis compilation as revealed by SE when the game came out in Japan last month.

According to the interview that published by Famitsu on January 29, 2009, it states the following:
"The title has been rebooted which is part of the reason the name has been changed to Type-0. Itβs also to make it independent from the rest of the XIII games. Type-0 was chosen to signify the beginning of what they consider to be a new series."

So I don't think you should include Final Fantasy Type-0 in Fabula Nova Crystallis anymore. Now the compilation is include Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIII-2, and Final Fantasy Versus XIII.

Sadly a lot of ppl used my stuff without premissions, and they even say its theirs...

And I know exactly how you feel because people have done the same as well with my stuff.
Some people ask me politely if they can use my wallpapers as their desktops and I say "sure go ahead" because it's great to see that people would want to use my wallpaper but there is a number of people who take my wallpaper and post it in the other sites without my permission.
So yeah I totally understand where you're coming from.
