Got my hands on a new art program and I've been doodling to figure out how it all works and what all the different tools and knobs and sliders do. Yes, yes I think I definitely like this program. (Painter X)Also, Shadow of the Colossus. I already beat it once but I continue to play it until my eyes fall out because it is so pretty. SO PRETTY. and full of COLOSSI.

Wow, this is beautiful! I love it!!! Shadow of the Colossus really is a great game. It's my second favorite game of all time. My first favorite is Ico.

I did not even see a colossus!!!The whole place is so big.I got lost at the bridge,the one that you draw.

If you stand in the sunlight and hold up your sword, you can see beams of light coming off it. While holding the sword button down, move the joystick around until you see those beams of light all focus together. That's the direction you need to go. The beams of light will point you to the colossus. Sometimes you won't be able to travel in an exactly straight line all the way to the colossus due to the topography, so check your map to try and locate things like bridges to help you on your way.
The first colossus is due south of the main temple (the place where you start.) You're going to have to do a little climbing to reach the colossus.

Love it! With just a glance at the thumb I knew what it was. Though, that bridge is pretty hard to misplace. I love the colors. The game may be darker, but lightening it up like this does make it pop and look more natural.

Beautiful. You really captured the immense size of the bridge quite nicely. My only critique is that the colors are a little too bright, compared to how it is in the actual game, but artistic license and all that.

Thanks! Yes, the colors are super-saturated! I actually drew it closer to the game's original palate, but it looked so bland, so unexciting. So I blew up all the colors and I liked it more. Thank you for noticing!

Ah! *gasp* I just recently beat this game at one of my friend's house! It was so amazing, though I don't really understand the ending. Did you get it?

Uh, yes I did. I managed to not burst into tears, but it was a close one.

Oh, I think I did cry because Agro came back, but then the main dude became a Colossus all of a sudden and I didn't get to see why because I accidentally skipped that scene T-T I have to beat the last Colossus again to see it and I don't have the game so I have to go over my friend's house again. I loved that game so much, I played it when I went over her house (my friend obviously.....)...she enjoyed watching me see all the different Colossi and when I said, "Ooooo....I can't wait to see what the next one is based off of!" Meaning that some of them were based off of animals she told me that she didn't even look at them that way and that it's really cool that I noticed they were based off of animals. My favorite one was the eel and I didn't like the last one....he kept blasting me with lightning and I was upset that he made my horse die....I was just like, "DIEEEEE!!!!!" And I kept running in blindly.....I finally beat him after three hours of standing on his hand and wondering what I should do....I just randomly shot him in the shoulder and was like, "Oh!!!!! Yay! Now I can get my revenge!" My friend and I beat the bird one together. I held one side of the controller and she held the other side. It was great fun. I think I like the game so much because it let me spend more time with my friend. That's why I love Winder Waker too. She got me into Zelda and I love her for it. Sorry, I ramble sometimes. I'm in a great mood.

there was a glitch that had agro stuck on this ledge and wander was riding him. I tried to get him to jump the ledge since it was a short jump, but when agro jumped, he landed on the same ledge. it happened for the past 10 minutes; agro jumping in one spot

just tried to jump, but he kept on jumping in one spot. lol! i didn't really knew what was going on at first; i tried to do it again after reset the game, but agro justs jumps off the ledge.......

Yeah, Painter is a lot of fun, albeit hard to do anything technical in. It's great for dabbling things out, or making very "painterly" pieces.

A beautiful tribute to an earthshattering game. I love the palette they used too. The oversatuation of color is what I think gave the game it's feel. For the most part, you captured that feeling of unease.

So pretty, oh my god. You made it look so amazingly epic, just like the game. Rah-bop, one day I will find you and bestow upon you a medal of awesome that shines like the sun, but until then you'll have to do with a favorite and a comment professing my love to this picture and your skills.
DAMN Agro is a big horse, I'm surprised that I manage to jump on his side when he runs by---it's like jumping at a train and trying to catch it.

Haha, that's actually the first thing I said when watching the intro (after "ooh, a hawk!"): "holy CRAP that horse is HUGE." It doesn't help that Wander is so slight. He's small in proportion to just about everything.

I know!! Wander is small compared even to Mona D: everything is bigger than him. I think perhaps the funniest thing to do with Wander is to use his parachute to get from place to place. It just seems so...anachronistic, you know? XD
I was more excited about the hawk than anything else for most of the ending. XD

I haven't done any of Time Attack yet, so I'm going to have to take your word for it. What I like about the game is that I can squander vast amounts of time doing absolutely nothing. Or grabbing the birds and flying around, or climbing save point temples or so on and so forth. What I like about it is that even the smallest things can be interesting, like that huge dead tree, or the fact that sometimes Agro will kill hawks whether I like it or not.
The ending broke my soul. I was doing my best just to keep it together by the time that hawk started flying around (but it was such a nice full-circle kind of thing, I liked it.)

I know what you mean. I spend a lot of time even now exploring, like swimming across that great river to the outcropping overlooking the waterfall, or finding ways to ambush lizards and turtles, or scaring doves and looking at their legs. There's so much in that game, as short as it is---a lot of it is simply the experience.
I forced myself to complete the time attacks to turn Agro white, then hated him white because he rides a white horse. It's only for fun, those items, you don't really need them at all to enjoy the game (another thing I like--so few items, no levels, no small monsters, etc).

I think that when they made the world so HUGE and took so LONG to travel, i think that they purposly made the scenery good enought just to watch pass by ^.=.^
