Description Welp! The characters are done!

I'm not sure if I'm gonna like...do up some NCIS backgrounds, and cleverly place certain character in each BG, making a scene of sorts? That seems like a lot of work.... 8D

She was Jenny Shepard, the director before Vance, and she and Gibbs had a past, but hadn't seen eachother since forever. She died in the 5th season.
