This is Queen Spectra. She watches over this little town called "Gray Canyon" where yes as the name says, everything is gray scaled and the people were born without color..

She has 6 Princesses..the 7th one is dead or so she was told. It's been rumored but no one is quite sure what happened to her haha;;

I'm still currently working on the storyline so please bare with me ;u;
