For styling the wig
First make sure you buy (or have) a thick wig. The one I bought from cosplaywig520 on ebay looked EXACTLY like this one [link] but in brown.
When you get started on the styling and cutting you are going to want to section everything off because there is a lot going on with her hair. Figure out where you want your bangs to sit, the pigtails, her βwig peaksβ, antenna (lol) and where about's you want her long hair pieces at the bottom to sit. Once thatβs done you can start cutting and styling. here's a helpful tutorial on how to to the wig peaks

I used got2b glue and got2b scream hold hair spray for the peaks and antenna and used TRESemme hairspray for a lighter hold for the pigtails, bangs, and her long hair pieces.

yes, after you style her 'peaks' you spray them with hairspray or they will lose their shape.

the key was sculpted with paperclay and painted with acrylic paint. the wand was made with a 34" wood dowel, paperclay, acrylic paint, and funfoam.
