I used Photoshop Elements 9. ^^
Drawing without a line tool is very hard. x.x

The only way you can pull off drawing everything by hand is if you really practice hard at anatomical features and you can nail it right time and time again, so yeah I've found that out it's not easy and something not everyone can do, especially drawing hands and feet, fingers and toes :s!
