Woah! This was done with paint tool sai? I use that, and believe me it would take me MONTHS to do something like this on SAI.

Sai is quite a powerful tool, I finally broke down and bought PS but I tend to always default back to Sai for most things hah. Sai mostly just needs a fair bit of fiddling in its brush settings to get them to work how you'd like, the defaults can be kinda... special... to put it nicely. But it's an amazing program for digital painting, the blending capacity it has is amazing.
