Description
Commission for Β of Red XIII from FFVII. The continued desert theme is purely coincidence, hah. It's always fun getting to draw feral characters.This was originally going to be a speed painting, but we ended up doubling the amount of hours so its a lot more refined than these normally are.Β
Paint tool Sai and Photoshop (for sky)- About 7 hours

I looooove this combination of desert and stars - warm and cold colors! You did a great job with that, the sand, Red...so neat! I have a hard time describing what I mean, but I love how the warm and cold colors mix in these parts. :Β΄>

okay im fairly certain red 13 is a dog/wolf he kinda looks like a cat/lion in thisΒ but other then that this is an incredible piece I love it.. love the lighting, the ripples in the sand, the fur and hair and even hisΒ signature flaming tail and tattoosΒ aswell....Β you put a lot of time and effort in this and it definitely shows well done.... justΒ anotherΒ starry night in cosmo canyon
