Wonderful building......
As for the reconstruction.... it's like the law court in Brussel..... they are busy for 100 years to construct...reconstruct.....

marvelous, I was their in the 80s but it was all under reconstruction, they did marvelous work.

reconstruction never stops, if they finished one part, another one's already waiting.
It's a gorgeous building, I took pictures from the inside two month ago, as impressive as the outer design...

it was nothing but scaffolding when I was their, they have come along way
