I use a pen tablet. It's much easier than a mouse (I can't draw with a mouse to save my life, lol).

how does a pen tablet work? you like hook it up to the computer and draw on it or what?

Yeah, that's pretty much it. You hook it up to your computer and it acts as a mouse pad in the shape of a pen.
