I drew this a long time ago by combining pics of Goten and Trunks. The next day my friend tells me it looks like Gotenks, and I hadn't heard of him at the time, kinda weird. So, its either an original DBZ character or Gotenks with bangs. I know the folds in the clothes are a little over the top but oh well.
