"Hero" JaeJoong from the Korean boy-band, DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki...TVXQ...etc...).

i love them. >>;;

And...Hero's like...gorgeous xDD ChangMin and YunHo are my favorites, but still...o3o;;

Anyway...this was mainly done to help me get better at digital painting. I cheated, because I took the picture, did a basic sketch/trace, then copied the sketch to another document, then colored over the sketch while referencing the original (I didn't just color over the original picture, though, so the coloring is completely my own). I used the eyedropper to get the right base color shades, then attempted to make the colors myself.

It's quick and unrefined (took about three hours or so, I think). I just wanted to see if I could work the brushes more like traditional brushes (which is SO hard digitally...I honestly don't understand how people do it). I want to do some of the other members eventually. LOL.

One day I truly hope to be able to do a portrait digitally completely from a blank document. I'm still learning all the colors for shadowing and skin shades, though. o0o;;
