Description This is a drawing depicting a woman--more a business woman than a housewife--form the 1950's.

What inspired this?

Well, my Sex. Ed. teacher, who is retiring, has been cleaning out his classroom. He found 4 old magazines from the 1950's that he had laying around: 3 Saturday Evening Posts from 1956 (yes, the magazines Norman Rockwell made his illustrations for T_T. They were wonderful to look thorugh. Not to mention, the adds for the old 1950's cars, at a selling price of $1,800 =_=;;; ), and 1 Lady's Home Journal from 1958 [which he let me have (O_O!!!) since my mom took so much interest in it--she was happy as a mud lark when I gave it to her xD). What? I'm a sucker for antiques and relics D:.

Anyways, I wanted to draw something that kinda looked like how they did back then. So, viola.

I know, it's more sketchy that really... finished. Oh well. I like the sketchy look. :/

And her effing HUGE smile . The only thing I don't like as much is the hair >>;.
