Description
One of two speculative music album covers I did for fun, the other continuing obviously with "There's Fire". I have been working on my portfolio, adding more graphically simplified artworks that I enjoy doing a great deal at the moment. This piece was painted in Photoshop with mixer brushes for one, and large textured brushes on the other hand. I adjusted the contrast strongly for the garbage pile and painted into the resulting shapes with selections. Afterwards I copied the layer to add effects like Find Edges and overlaying the result with multiply layers, among other things.You can see the LP sleeve mockups of this and its sister piece on my Behance: www.behance.net/gallery/196554…
