Is there anyway for you to blur the black part? Seal is supposed to be a blurred and dusty marking :3 She looks very nice otherwise!

I technically can, but since I use ms paint, it looks like absolute garbage. sta.sh/01lrpsbmx3a3

I guess I just have to pixel everything I draw for UP so I can get it to look right q.q
