Cool drawing, and cool colors. The proportions are a bit funky for an SM, but that adds to the bloated chaos feel.
You know, its odd that so many people draw Plague marines with heavy bolters. I know that they look really cool, but they actually can't field any heavy weapons, so you never actually see one armed like that in the game.

Yeah, this grotesque pose makes him look odd and even more morbid, i guess.
BTW by drawing heavy bolter I followed Adrian Smith. First i was suggested to draw marine with plasma gun, but i though it would be more cooler to see plague-ridden heavy bolter...
