My second draw to adopt entry for SushiDogs Summer Event, and of course I had to draw this lovely Sushi Cat again! Like I mentioned in the first entry, I noticed in his official art that he drools a little bit, and I really wanted to explore this side of him!

So here we are!

I mean, who can resist top quality gelato?? I have to admit, I am the type of person to just have one flavour, and it HAS to be chocolate. Since I went to Croatia, and this actually was me all over, I decided to give Shark Smores Pops chocolate too. I figured it's either chocolate flavoured, or safe for soosh to eat xD

Anywhoo! Cuspid's trickster nature certainly builds up an appetite, and he has treated himself to a very large cone! Shame he can't help but gloat to anyone in ear shot, so now not only is it melting, but his faithful animal companion, Xilla, is reaching up to get his cut too!

Since I mentioned it in comments, I thought I would add this here:

Cuspid - Canine tooth. Since sharks have a lot of teeth, it made sense to me to use the name of a tooth! I also used to have a Merboy character with the same name who was part Dogfish. I love reusing old character names when I can no longer use the original character, so it would be sweet to use it again <3

Xilla - Similar to above, the animal companion is named after the Maxilla, the upper jaw.

After playing it safe with poses on my last entry in favour of a background, I decided to switch it round this time. I think the pose suits him very well c:
