I wanted the title to be "Won't you join me," but didn't like Google's translation of "Anata ga watashi ni sanka shimasu ka?" I poked about and found "Issho ni Shimasu ka" as a translation of "Do you want to join me" here which read much better to me. Mind you, I've not the faintest clue if that translation is even right. For all I know, Mika could be asking if you want to dance in a cereal bowl...

Yeah, I went down a similar path looking for a phrasing I liked. I think Google translate gives a formal or proper translation, and the one I used is probably a much more informal one.

Thanks for the helpful feedback! I'll have to try and use this type of lighting more, now that I know it works

Are you using Daz or Poser? Do you use like a sky dome at all? Since I tremendously suck at lighting I usually have to rely on sky domes for outside shots.

I set up my scenes in Poser, but render with Reality / Lux. I'm no good with lighting either, the simpler the setup, the better. Sky domes don't work very well, though. At least, I can't make them work. Any light that is outside the dome is blocked by it, so spotlights are about it, or turning the dome into a light. I have zero luck with doing either. I've tried using IBLs to create my sky, but they always come out looking horrible, so now I cheat and add the IBL's image as a background during post work and just use the IBL as a basic, additional light.
The nice thing about Reality and Lux is that outdoor lighting is pretty easy. Add Reality's "Sun" light to the scene (or any light named "Sun", I think), and Lux will render in a basic sky for you, even changing the colour based on the Sun's proximity to the horizon, so you can get basic sunsets and sunrises. What I really like, is that I can tweak the colour and brightness of the light on the fly as it renders, so I can try out a bunch of different looks without re-rendering over and over again.

Ah yes I've read that about Reality how domes block out the lighting. I just got it for Daz when Daz Store put it out and on sale last week but I haven't tried it yet. I'll have to remember that about the domes when I do though. That's cool about Lux rendering a sky for you. I'm going to have to check it out soon.
