Finally completed this personal painting, took me a week to finish. Painting all the foliage manually is true pain. This is my fictional character Musang with his hunting companion a female Pithecophaga jefferyiΒ namedΒ Amihan.Related content

It's a Philippine Eagle (Pithecophaga jefferyi). The largest of the Eagles in terms of length and wingspan. And sadly a highly critically endangered one, breaks my heart.

Some kind of a Harpy eagle, or a condor of sorts? The head confuses me -> the body + wings + beak + face (except scalp feathers) make me think of Harpy...

Geez those leaves are intense....seriously I'm sure they took you longer than what many could tolerate lol. Awesome job, really captured the environment element for the figure and bird. Lovely lighting
