Special Attack: Ectoplasm - creates a mist that drains energy or a goo with the same function
Other Info: Being a ghost type he can move through walls and other objects, he can posess anything he wants living or dead or inanimate. He doesnt really fly but float/hover ect. can also swim but then again he kinda floats as if he was flying through water. One of the only Lugias that doesnt have a typical Lugia tail or legs. He has a crafty personality with a touch of energeticness.

lol I like the front view where you haven't drawn all of Phantom's wings, he looks like he's got stubby arms and fingers 'cause of how you coloured it XDDDDDD your creativity astounds me once again!
