This is rather close to D. Weber's Honorverse starship designs. Dig Honorverse Wiki if you wish to learn more: there's plenty of info on different ship classes, modules and designs.

I think it needs some texture work - even before Honor took command of her, Fearless was an old girl. Β This ship looks awfully new.

Well, I have to both agree and disagree. On one hand, texture detailing would be extremely helpful, for the ship looks like it's made of plastic. But concerning her age... Well, it's space. There will be no rust or scratches or even dirt. Also, she's painted with special nanite paint which, as far as I understood, is updated frequently, so I don't think Fearless (or any other ship of her age) would actually remind Millenium Falcon
