for full-color photoprints the idea is to isolate each color field into cyan, magenta, yellow and black [CMYK] which can be done in photoshop pretty easily. Then you print these separate layers to a transparency or make an oiled photocopy of the printout, and burn them to your screen printing the separate colour layers. For this duotone though I mixed a green and shot it through the Magenta stencil I believe, then did the black layer like normal.
